A breath of fresh air for familiar drinks and your own creations.
We are a small family business from Cologne and have been running a shop for professional cocktail equipment and niche spirits, BELLE BOOZE, since 2015.
We are deeply rooted in the Cologne bar scene and have put a lot of enthusiasm and heart into the production of our spirits in recent years. The spirits and liqueurs are exactly what is missing in today’s high-quality bar or private home bar.
Our process
In collaboration with the Wanderer distillery in Frechen, just outside Cologne, we produce our sustainable and powerful TREE Spirits
using classic production methods in a copper still and new technologies with vacuum distillation.
Our spirits and liqueurs are ideal for typical classic drinks, but also for new, modern cocktail twists.
