Terms & Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to orders placed via the webshop (“Webshop”) of roonSTREET, Roonstr. 61 in 50674 Cologne under the URL roonstreetspirituosen.de. The version valid at the time of the customer’s order shall apply. Unfortunately, roonSTREET cannot recognize any regulations deviating from these terms and conditions – unless they are confirmed in writing by roonSTREET.

1. Pursuant to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed activity.
2. Pursuant to Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), an entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs.

In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, roonSTREET may only supply or hand over drinks or food containing spirits to persons over the age of 18; other alcoholic drinks may not be supplied to children or young people under the age of 16.
