Crème de Café
Robusta coffee espresso beans from a small coffee roastery in Cologne, which gently extracts the coffee flavor in the cold brew process without building up typical coffee acids. The coffee liqueur is refined at the end with a small hint of mezcal to give the coffee liqueur a subtle smokiness.

White Russian Cocktail
Ingredients
- 30ml Crème de Café
- 30ml TREE Wodka
- 60ml double cream
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients, except the double cream, together with ice cubes.
- Strain the liquid in one tumbler cocktail glass.
- The cream should be half beaten and carefully layered on top of the cocktail.
